4TH helps padel players in Tunisia find the person missing from their game. It is run by G DALY LABS. By using 4TH you accept what follows. It is short, and written to be read.

4TH is being tried out by a small group. Expect the odd bug, features may change, and accounts and games may be reset before the real launch. Nothing you create here is guaranteed to last during this phase.
What 4TH does
You post a game — a club, a date, a time, how many places — and share the link. Other players see it and take a place. The app keeps the list, tells the people involved when something changes, and remembers the games you played.
What 4TH does not do
4TH does not book courts, does not take payment, and is not a party to anybody's game. Booking happens with the club, as before. A game marked full means four people put their names down here, not that a court is reserved.
Your account
You can play without an account: a first name and a number are enough. If you make one, you are responsible for who gets into it. Give accurate details — your number is how the others reach you before the game, and a wrong one costs three people their evening. One account per person.
What is expected of you
Turn up when you say you will, or free your place as soon as you know you cannot. Treat people decently, on court and in the app. No insults, no harassment, nothing discriminatory, no posting somebody else's number or photo, no advertising.
Ratings and reviews
After a game you can rate the people you played with and write a line about it. Reviews are read before they appear, and ones containing insults are not published. A rating cannot be changed afterwards. Write what you would say to their face.
The FTT licence
A licence number is optional. If you give one it is checked against the Fédération Tunisienne de Tennis public register to confirm it belongs to your name. The badge only means that check passed; it says nothing about how well you play. 4TH is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FTT.
Clubs
Clubs are listed to help players find each other. A club running its own space here is responsible for what it posts. Opening hours, prices and court availability are the club's business, not 4TH's.
Liability
Padel is a sport; you play at your own risk. 4TH is not responsible for what happens during a game, for an injury, for a disagreement between players, for somebody who does not turn up, or for a court that turned out not to be booked. The app is provided as it is and may be unavailable.
Suspending or deleting an account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. On our side, we may remove a review, stop somebody posting games, or close an account for breaking these rules — repeated no-shows and disrespect towards other players in particular.
Changes
These terms will change as the app does. The date at the top of this page is the last update. Carrying on using 4TH after a change means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy policy and follows Tunisian data protection law, overseen by the INPDP.
